About The Position

We are experiencing very exciting times in Foretellix and a significant growth.

We are looking for a person to orchestrate Foretellix’s global traveling. Managing all aspects of employee travel, including booking accommodations, coordinating transportation, and ensuring compliance with company travel policies and procedures. Working closely with local travel agencies to ensure budget optimization and provide superb user experience.  Another and not less important aspect of the job is to manage and assist in various administrative office procedures and people’s needs, from onboarding processes to new employees, through overall assistance to our employees globally, to company’s events and employee’s wellbeing. As part of the job you are an important figure in the way the office will function and interface with all employees (globally) as well as with external suppliers.

This is a high-impact role that is essential to our smooth operations and to our employees’ happiness. We are looking for someone enthusiastic about people to help us keep growing and help make Foretellix the greatest place to work at. 

Main Activities:

  • Be part of the autonomous vehicle revolution, and help in changing the world…
  • Operations - Manage various office’s on-going procedures, including:

o  Travel coordinating

o  Procuring and inventory management– from computers and screens to folders and pens, groceries etc.

o  Working with the accounting department on monthly reports.

o  Overall assistance to Foretellix employees globally- expense reports, onboarding new employees, wellbeing etc.

o  Handling supplier’s reports.

  • HR – Work with the HR & Global employee operations team on all Welfare activities at Foretellix, including:

o  Company’s events at various scales, holidays, happy-hours, etc.

o  Presents – for holidays, birthdays...

Requirements

  • B.A. degree in Humanities, or equivalent.
  • Excellent relationships with candidates, employees, partners, Providers and people as such.
  • Service-oriented, proactive, committed.
  • Proficient with MS-Office, Gmail, etc.
  • People-person and a team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Organized and structured.
  • An independent and self-motivated person.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in Hebrew and English.
  • “Can do it” attitude.
