Talent Acquisition - Sourcing and Recruiting Specialist (Temporary Position)
About The Position
Working in a company that develops a revolutionary system for qualifying autonomous vehicles,
we are looking for a temporary replacement for the next 8 months, there may be a long-term option. We’re looking for someone enthusiastic about people, recruiting and sourcing, to help us keep growing and help continue to make Foretellix an excellent startup, with excellent people.
Main Activities:
• Be part of the autonomous vehicle revolution, and help change the world…
• Drive sourcing activities, including:
o Build a diverse talent pipeline through sourcing.
o Stimulate our pipelines to provide excellent candidates, from a variety of sources.
o Bring new initiatives to utilize new sources.
o Screen our candidates, CVs and job applications with various techniques.
o Attract and meet candidates by emails, phone interviews, face to face interviews and more.
o Work with Head-hunters, placement agencies, social networks, and more.
• Work closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to understand deeply the position and the team’s requirements.
Requirements
• 3-5 years of experience as a sourcing, staffing, and hiring specialist, focusing on SW positions in the high-tech industry. Startup environment experience is preferred.
• Experienced in effective sourcing platforms and tools, including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, Facebook, and more.
• BSc in Human Resources, or equivalent.
• People person and a team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office, Gmail, etc.
• Experience with hiring software such as Comeet, Noviopus, or others.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in Hebrew and English.
• Experienced and fluent with phone/Zoom interviews, f2f interviews, and referral interviews.
• Resourceful, professional, can-do attitude.
