AV/ADAS Verification & Validation Services Manager

Sweden/Germany, Europe

About The Position

Lead the Services Engineering Team responsible for adapting and deploying Foretellix verification & validation solutions with our customers and helping them to be successful at their mission to provide next-gen ADAS/AV products. Our Services Engineering Team has a unique mix of ADAS/AV domain knowledge, verification expertise, cloud and software skills, creativity, and the ability to work closely with customers to maximize the impact our solution can have on their ability to deliver high quality, safe products.

Responsibilities:

●      Build and lead a team of consulting engineers responsible for deploying the Foretellix solution on customer projects. Work directly on customer projects to assist with verification and validation planning, scenario development, coverage and KPI analysis, and failure triage/debug.

●      The services team assists customers in ramping up on the Foretellix tools and methodology as well as helping them integrate the solution into their workflow. This may include integration of their SW stack into the V&V environment, helping set-up a CI/CD flow, and helping set-up a cloud-based simulation flow.

●      Work with customers is typically performed both remotely (working from home) and at the customer site.

●      Work with customers to scope and define the statement of work (SoW) for a service engagement.

Requirements

●       Experience in ADAS/AV V&V, testing, and simulation.

●       At least 8 years of industry working experience, ideally in the ADAS/AV domain.

●       Previous experience managing and leading a professional services team or field application engineering team.

●       Knowledge in Software Engineering, including OO programming, testing, and debugging.

●       BSc or above in the areas of Computer Science, Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or other related fields.

●       Have excellent human relationship skills

●       Be communicative and fluent in English, both verbal and in writing.

●       Be willing to travel and spend ~20% of your time at customer sites.

●       Eligible to work in Europe.

●       Be a team-player, resourceful, and professional.

 

Advantages:

●       Running and working with ADAS/AV Simulators, e.g. Carla, Sumo, Carmaker, Vires, etc...

●       Employee in one of the companies developing ADAS and AV capabilities, or one of the companies serving them.

●       Knowledge & experience with advanced verification, and specifically with OpenSCENARIO 2.0, and Coverage Driven Verification.

●       MSc or above in the areas of Computer Science, Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or other related fields.

●       Substantial experience in Software Engineering, including OO programming.
